Baccarat was derived from the game of "Chemin de Fer" made famous in the grand "Gaming Halls" of Europe. This elegant game has a fabulous mystique, and we have all seen it played in the movies by characters such as James Bond. In these games, one Player held the bank and won or lost fantastic sums of money to other Players at the same table. Do not worry, this does not apply to our game.
You are playing against the House and not against other Players. Our software is programmed with standard procedures and payouts as regulated in Las Vegas.
You need no other skills or knowledge, as the computer software will automatically draw all cards according to the standard drawing rules and will pay you when you win.
We are going to let you in on a little secret - Baccarat is one of the easiest games to play and you do not have to bet large amounts of money. So, please do not be intimidated. Go ahead and give it a try.
We could not make it any easier!

object of the game

  • The object of the game is to bet on whichever of two hands, the PLAYERS hand or the BANKERS hand, that you think will have a point value closest to 9. You can also bet on a TIE.

  • Perhaps 9 is your lucky number, in which case this might be the perfect game for you!

payout odds

  • Payouts are determined at standard odds that you will find to be identical to those used in all of the major Casinos of America, Europe and Asia.

  • Winning PLAYERS bets receive payout odds of 1 TO 1 (even money).

  • Winning BANKERS bets receive payout odds of 1 TO 1 (even money). However, a commission equal to 5% of your win amount is deducted automatically.

  • Winning TIE bets receive payout odds of 9 TO 1.

San Tsai is a fun and challenging game, involving both chance and skill and is played using a partial set of Mahjong tiles (30). You play the game against the house with no other players at the table . The game allows you to intervene and select the best hand for your game tiles or you can have the computer select the best hand of tiles for you.

object of the game

  • The object of San Tsai is similar to playing a hand of Baccarat, with nine points being the highest, except for matching pairs, in which case zero is the highest. Each tile and each matching pair have a ranking. The numerical value on the tile determines its rank. The winner is the person with the highest ranking hand.

  • Upon entering the game, the dealer shuffles the 30 Mahjong tiles and arranges them into 3 rows of ten tiles. Two of the rows of tiles are placed upon the third, resulting in a single row of tens stacks of three tiles.

  • After the player places a wager and clicks the "DEAL" button, the dealer starts the game by rolling two dice. The total of the dice determines which stack of tiles, beginning with the left-most stack, goes out first. If the total is more than ten, the count is started on eleven. The dealer receives this first stack with each player receiving the next stack to the right.

  • Each player receives three tiles. The player keeps the two files that either (1) pair up with the highest rank, or (2) added together total close or equal to nine(subtracting tens as in Baccarat). The unused tile is discarded.

  • If both the player and the banker have the same numerically valued hand, then the hand with the highest-ranking tile wins. If both the player and the banker have exactly the same hand, then the banker wins. The House collects 5% commission on all winning bets, except bonus bets.

payout odds

regular wagers

  • The player is in head-to-head competition with the banker to achieve a higher ranking set of two tiles.

    • If the banker has a higher ranking set of two tiles, the player's wager will be collected and given to the house.
    • If the player has a higher ranking set of two tiles, then the banker will pay the player, from the house's bank an amount equal to the player's wager, less a 5% commission.
    • If the banker and the player each have the same hand (tie), the player's wager is collected by the banker and given to the house.

bonus bets

  • The bonus side wager is an optional wager. To be eligible to place a bonus wager, a player must have a regular wager. The player has a winning bonus hand if their initial three tiles are:

    • 3 of a kind
    • Add up to 9 or 19
    • Contain a pair

  • Note: A player can win a bonus bet even if they do not win the original regular bet.

ranking of tiles

  • Each individual tile has a ranking among individual tiles, and each set of two tiles has a ranking among sets of two tiles.

  • The individual tiles are ranked, as individuals, as follows:

    • Each tile has a number associated with it.
    • Tiles with 1 to 9 circles on them are associated with the number of circles on the tile from 1 to 9.
    • Tiles with a zero on them are associated with the number zero.
    • The tiles are ranked in the following order from lowest to highest : 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0

  • The sets of two tiles are ranked, among sets of two tiles, as follows:

    • All pairs rank higher than all non-pairs.
    • The pairs are ranked from lowest to highest in the following order: pair of 1's, pair of 2's, etc., pair of 9's, pair of zeros.
    • All non-pairs are ranked according to the sum of the numbers of circles on the two tiles, module 10, with zero being the lowest and 9 being the highest.
      • For example, a 9 and an 8 combine to form 7; a 4 and a 2 combine to form 6.
      • If two different sets of two tiles have the same sum, the set with the higher ranking individual tile outranks the other set of two tiles. If both sets of two tiles are the same, then it is a tie.

Craps is considered a truly American game, although it traces its roots to several European dice games. Craps peaked in popularity shortly after the return of GI's from World War II. During the 1940s and 1950s, Craps was the premier game in a majority of American casinos. Since the early 1960s however, the popularity of Craps has diminished. Games such as Blackjack and Slots have taken over the top gaming spot in most American casinos. However, Craps remains a fun game that can reward the player with fast payouts and non-stop action.
A typical Craps table is run by four casino employees: the Stickman, who is responsible for calling dice rolls, keeping the game moving, and returning the dice to the "shooter" after each roll; The Boxman, who is in charge of all money that comes in and goes out of the game; and one Dealer for each end of the table. The Dealers are responsible for placing and clearing bets and paying off winning bets. Craps is a fast-paced and exciting game. Players are usually very vocal and often trade barbs with the Dealers at the table. Some people consider Craps to be the most exciting game the casino has to offer.

object of the game

  • The first roll of the dice in a new round is called the "come out roll." On the come out roll, the shooter is trying to establish a "point." If a 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10 is rolled, that number becomes the point.

  • The Pass Line bet is the basic opening bet in Craps and is made just before the come out roll. Pass Line bets win when the shooter's come out roll is 7 or 11, and lose when the come out roll is 2, 3, or 12 (called "craps").

  • The puck labeled "ON" shows that the point has been established, and is located on the Craps table over the number rolled as the point: 4, 5, SIX, 8, NINE, or 10.

  • A "Free Odds" bet, the best Craps bet in terms of potential payout, can be placed after a point has been established. If you look at the Craps table, there is no area marked for this type of bet. A Free Odds bet is one that is placed below the Pass Line bet. For more information on Free Odds bets, see the Craps Rules and Betting help topic.

  • To end a round of Craps and resolve Pass Line bets, the shooter must roll either the point or 7 after the come out roll. Pass Line bets cannot win until the point is rolled; they cannot lose until 7 is rolled. Because unresolved Pass Line bets may not be removed, players must wait for a roll of the point or 7 to determine the fate of their Pass Line bets.
