| Pegasus is a family of gaming products designed to
revolutionize today's industry. These machines are small, light and mobile, up
to five times lighter and 1/3 the size. This allows a casino to now create
gaming environments, something new to this industry. |
| This design now makes it possible to have gaming in
restaurants, keno/bingo rooms, and spas. Casino barges can place more than three
times the machines into the same space. |

| The Plug & Play system allows a casino to easily
add a system to any bar without any special construction. The system is now
completely mobile, able to move from location to location. |
MPU box contains gaming company MPU board
and software. It can be placed under the bar without any
modifications.

Plug & Play POD remains
under the bar, with the handheld unit. When a customer wants to play, the POD
and handheld are placed on the bar.
The handheld unit allows any type of
video game. The unit can bet set to use either buttons or touch screen to
