| How to Play Million $ Stud |
| Million $ Stud is an exciting new poker game
developed by Excel Design. It allows a player the chance to win up to
$1,000,000.00 on a single hand with a single $5.00 bet. A second table bet adds
to the excitement by offering a bonus jackpot for the player with the best
hand. |
| Million $ Stud is played as a 5 card stud game. The
table is set-up as shown below. | |
|

|
| The object of the game is to place the cards in
sequential order, from lowest to highest. |
|
| A player is dealt a single card, which is placed in
the HIGH box. The player can move the first dealt card only one time. |
|
| When the first card is placed in the HIGH box, the
player must decide if the next card will be higher or lower than what is shown.
If he believes it to be lower, then the dealer will place the next card in the
LOW box.; if the player decides that this card will be higher than his first
dealt card, he moves it to the appropriate box. The dealer then plays the
remaining cards until a total of five are dealt. |
|
|

|
|
| Highest payouts occur when the lowest card is in the
LOW box and the highest card is in the HIGH box at the same time. The player
wins $1,000,000.00 if a Royal Flush is sequentially placed in the
boxes. |
|
| The player is paid by the number of cards in
sequential order. |

| ANTE Bet |
| The ANTE Bet allows players to have a second jackpot
for the best hand, Jacks or better. The player with the best hand wins all ANTE
Bets on the table with odds paid by the ANTE pay table, and it does not need to
be in sequential order. If no player in the ANTE bet hits Jacks or better, then
the house takes the pot. |

|
| San Tsai is a rotating bank game that uses a partial
set of Mahjong tiles (30). The game is similar to playing a hand of Baccarat,
with nine points being the highest, except for matching pairs, in which zero is
the highest. Each tile and each matching pair have a ranking. The numerical
value on the tile determines its rank. |
|

|
| The dealer starts the game by rolling two dice. The
total of the dice determines which stack of tiles goes out first. The dealer
hands the tiles out counterclockwise, beginning with the banker. Each player
receives three tiles. The player keeps the two tiles that either: (1) pair up
with a high ranking close or equal to nine, or (2) add together with a total
close or equal to nine (subtracting tens as in Baccarat). The unused tile is
discarded. |
| If both the player and the banker have the same
numerically valued hand, then the hand with the highest ranking tile wins. If
both the player and the banker have exactly the same hand, then the banker
wins. |
| The House collects 5% commission on all winning
bets. |
