is by far the most comprehensive sports wagering system
presently available to the interactive gaming industry today. By combining the
speed of an interactive environment, with dynamic, configurable graphics,
sportsbooks can easily enter into a more dynamic level and reach a whole new
audience of sports bettors around the world never previously thought attainable.
This is ideal for a current sportsbook, looking to grow and expand their
business, or the new business looking to attack the market
immediately. |
| Developed using standard Microsoft® tools, webSports is a
browser-based application, which works over an Intranet as well as the Internet.
The back end of the sportsbook runs on a secure "server" which contains the
information about the sportsbook, financial information, customer information
and staff member information. The players will view their own player information
through their web browser, which never requires a download, which means
immediate play. |

| Security and control is maintained throughout the system by a
simple method of checks and balances. Each user has a specific role, assigned to
them by the administrator, and can only perform certain functions depending on
their role. This works as an internal security feature, as well as enhancing the
efficiency of the Sportsbook operation. The eight main roles are: |
- Administrator - The top staff member in the sportsbook has the ability to
delete a player, set configurations, view reports and add and edit employee
reports.
- Accounting Manager - This user has the ability to complete financial
transactions, grade lines, view tickets and view player ledgers.
- Bet Manager - This user may enter betting lines, view statistics and manage
the lines.
- Customer Representative - This user has all the same ability as the Sales
Clerk with the addition of who is on and financial account history.
- Sales Clerk- This user has the ability to add players, edit information,
review tickets and initiate financial transactions.
- Betting Clerk- This user accepts wagers and views tickets.
- End User- Players must supply password and ID to play in the
