Online Gaming Systems Announces Submission of FIRE V1.0
for Certification In Northern Territory, Australia

| Las Vegas, Nevada - May 30, 2002 - Online Gaming Systems Ltd
(Nasdaq: OGAM), a leading provider of casino turnkey solutions, today announced
the submission, of FIRE V1.0, (Fully Integrated and Regulated Environment) its
premium casino software product, for certification by the Northern Territory
Treasury, Australia. The submission of the FIRE software system is part of the
on-going approval process by the Northern Territory Treasury for Casino Paraiso.
Casino Paraiso is owned by International Gaming & Entertainment Corporation,
a Sydney based company. |

| The FIRE software system has been submitted to Global Gaming
Services, the authorized, independent testing laboratory for the Northern
Territory Treasury for compliance testing against the Northern Territory
Treasury regulatory requirements. GGS(TM) provides consulting, audit and testing
services to the Gaming Industry, principally in Australia, South Africa, New
Zealand, Canada, the USA and the British Isles. GGS(TM) is the world leader in
the evaluation and testing of Internet Gaming Systems. Testing of the FIRE
software system started with a GAP(TM) Analysis that was completed in February
of this year. The scope of the audit includes, technical, functional and player
protection, game and RNG evaluations, and internal control and operating
procedures evaluation. |

been loaded with controls that comply with operating a casino in a regulated
environment as well as giving the casino operator the flexibility of integrating

to the regulated internet gaming industry. Our experience, knowledge, and
expertise, in having our ICE product approved in Norfolk Island, will allow IGEC
and Casino Paraiso to begin operations by September, 2002," added Mr.
