Online Gaming Systems, a leading provider of casino turnkey solutions, today announced its has been selected by Japanese operator NTC Limited to develop its Internet Casino system. The transaction is the first for OGS in the Asia region, which is expected to experience significant growth in the Internet gaming market. OGS has completed similar licensing and development arrangements in Australia.

Under terms of the Agreement, OGS will develop a customized, market-leading solution utilizing its recently certified FIRE system. NTC Limited has selected the Republic of Vanuatu in which to establish its Internet gaming operations. OGS expects the work to be completed for a go live date during the fourth quarter of 2003.

The FIRE product has been designed with security, performance, third party integration and scalability in mind. The java-designed system has been loaded with controls that comply with operating a casino in a regulated environment as well as giving the casino operator the flexibility of integrating with their existing systems. The system has been tested to handle more than 1,000 simultaneous users on a single Game Server and can be scaled up to many times that figure by utilizing additional Game Servers. The FIRE system was recently certified in the Northern Territory of Australia.

David Kinsman, Managing Director for OGS (Australia) said "We were selected for the project because the FIRE system offers superior performance and flexibility, allowing us to create virtually unlimited and unique customization programs for our customers. In addition to the multiple languages we provide, we will be developing customized Asian games that will be added to our available suite. Regarding certification, we are confidant that our previous certification achieved in Northern Territory, Australia will enable NTC to significantly reduce the time and costs to achieve certification for Vanuatu." OGS has recently announced agreements with Quova, Inc. for its Geopoint security service and Next Generation Entertainment to provide market- leading game content to its FIRE system.
